2.
Starlet Sunset Dinner Cruise
Climb aboard the Starlet and dine on steak and fish as you watch the
sunset and sights of Waikiki and Diamond Head. Listen as the live band
serenades you with authentic Hawaiian music. (They even take requests!)
Graceful hula dancers sway to the music. Two dining choices await you:
the standard, which includes marinated ranch steak and broiled Pacific
white fish fillet, and the deluxe, which tempts you with exotic salad
with Enoki mushrooms and jumbo prawns, and the main course of whole
Maine lobster and tenderloin steak. Both serve vegetarian and no-beef
meals upon request with 24-hour notice.
3. Maui Princess Dinner Cruise
The Maui Princess is the largest dinner cruise boat and the most stable
in the water. The cruise lasts almost 3 hours. Dinner is served on the
upper deck, giving you the most breathtaking sunsets Maui has to offer.
Dinner is an all-you-can-eat choice of prime rib and chicken and plenty
of sides, desserts and more. After dinner, the Maui Princess presents
live contemporary music and dancing in the huge main cabin, or you can
enjoy the romantic atmosphere from the upper deck. Ocean-side tables
are available with advance notice, and the more notice, the better.
This cruise is also the choice of many people on their last night on
Maui.
4. The Alii Nui Sailboat Cruise
Ready for a real change of pace? Here's a dinner cruise, not on a luxury
liner or yacht, but on a sailboat! The Alii Nui measures a striking
sixty feet from stem to stern. It's a beautifully maintained and expertly
manned vessel and offers an evening you're sure to remember for years.
You enjoy a selection of delicious hot and cold appetizers, including
Black Sesame California rolls, spicy chicken wings and vegetables, as
well as mai-tais, beer, wine and soda, and toast the dramatic Maui sunset
with a glass of champagne. The Alii Nui is licensed for 49 passengers
but is restricted to only 36 to guarantee the most impeccable service.
Cruises are 90 minutes long and sail Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday,
depending on winds. Not recommended for children under 12.
